1.We take item per season. All merchandise must be brought in by appointment. We will accept 2 to 3 bags or bins of clothes per appointment. We sort and inspect items prior to acceptance. Make your own itemize list for your own record. Consignor will have an account number and item/s will be tag accordingly.
2.All clothing must be freshly washed, no stains, holes or smells and ready for display. Shoes, sandals and slipper clean and mint condition. Equipment, furniture and toys must be cleaned and complete parts, toys must be working, must have batteries for battery operated toys. Furniture and equipment needs assembly must be assembled.
3.Pricing is determined by Children’s Clothes Tree management.
4.A fee of 50% is offered on any sold items. CCT has a schedule of promotional sale, a weekly tag color of the week which 20%, 50%, 70%off, a buy 1 get 1 free(same or lower price) day and $ day. Please note that any item sold on these days, your ticket will be tag as the reduce price and receive 50% of the final price. For toys, equipment and furniture you will receive 50% of the final sale.
5.All clothing is kept for 120 days and equipment, furniture and toys are kept for 180 days. Unsold items must be pick up within 5 days after the consignment period. Any item not picked up for the given time, automatically it will become a property of CCT to use or donate to LAZARUS House.
6.Children’s Clothes Tree takes NO RESPONSIBILITY of any stolen or damaged merchandise. All items are sole risk of the consignor. CCT does not hold any itemize listing.
7.Consignor will receive a check monthly on any consolidated sold item greater than $10, otherwise, amount will be carry over to the following month, or check can be mailed towards the end of consignment.
